On June 11, State Grid Corporation of China and Zhejiang University strategic cooperation framework agreement signing ceremony was held in Yuquan Campus, the two sides will jointly face the frontier of science and technology and industrial trends, to serve the new national energy security strategy.

State Grid Corporation of China Chairman Mao Weiming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang University Ren Shaobo attended the ceremony and made speeches.State Grid Corporation of China Vice President Zhang Zhigang and Vice President of Zhejiang University Wang Lizhong signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties.The ceremony was hosted by Vice President Yan Jianhua.

Cen Kefa, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Wang Shuxiang, chief economist and office director of State Grid Corporation of China, Li Guisheng, deputy chief engineer and director of East China Division, and persons in charge of relevant units of State Grid Corporation of China and Zhejiang University participated in the activity.

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out all-round, deep-level and multiform cooperation in the fields of science and technology innovation, talent training and exchange, strategy and policy research, etc., to jointly contribute to create a win-win situtation between the industry and university.
