On October 28, 2010, the opening and inauguration ceremony of Zhejiang University – Air Liquide co-operative OEC laboratory was held in lecture all of Yongqian Activity Center in Zhejiang University.

Professor Cen Kefa, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Ni Mingjiang, president of Graduation School of sustainable energy of Zhejiang University, Mr. Philippe QUEILLE, Air Liquide’s global president of research and develop, and Mr. Remi CHARACHON, CEO of Air Liquide China, attended and addressed the ceremony, expressing their opinion about the prospects for the co-operative OEC laboratory. After the ceremony, leaders, experts and guests visited the running OEC test bed of Institute of Thermal Energy and Environmental Engineering of Zhejiang University.
